FLEET MANAGEMENT • PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS
A predictive maintenance pilot exploring whether vehicle usage and condition information can identify vehicles that may need maintenance before failure. The analysis highlighted the importance of reported issues, brake and battery condition, maintenance history, accident history and service history.
EASTERN CAPE • LOGISTICS
A regional pilot identifying gas-station coverage and resolving the nearest station for simulated delivery route points. The analysis used 44 Eastern Cape stations and highlighted inland coverage gaps relevant to fuel planning and route sequencing.
RETAIL • CUSTOMER ANALYTICS
A customer-retention analytics project exploring customer behaviour and identifying patterns associated with customer churn. The analysis examined customer characteristics, engagement and purchasing behaviour to identify factors that may indicate an increased likelihood of customers leaving, providing a solution for proactive customer retention.
